The double beautiful room offered fantastic park views. Everything about my stay was so nice, and I look forward to returning. The hotel maintained a spotlessly clean environment, and the staff were helpful. I also appreciated the food options available.
The thin walls resulted in considerable noise. I could clearly hear a television playing until 3am, and it was difficult to sleep well because of this.

the location is very convenient , right on the pleasure beach. the room was of good quality , i especially enjoyed the view of the park. the beds were really comfortable in our spacious room , and housekeeping kept it very clean.
the room felt cold when i first entered , and i had to set the air conditioning very high to heat it. i spent a lot of time manually adjusting the air , it seemed to blow either too hot or too cold. there was no hot water at the hand basin , i let it run but it remained cold.

Friends recommended this hotel, and it prove beautiful both inside and out. Car parking space was plentiful. All staff members were friendly. We got upgraded to a Family Room, and the room was clean, the bed was good.

i stayed only one night but i enjoyed it . check-in was simple and the room was spacious and clean. the staff was polite and friendly, which i found helpful. i will return!
I had an issue with noise at night. There was banging after 10 pm. i needed to call reception three nights to sort out the noise. the soundproofing in the rooms is really poor.

I experienced an upgrade to a suite. It faced the pleasure beach. one day's free passes to the pleasure beach were included. the service was perfect! the atmosphere was wonderful!
The room looked a little tired. The bath didn't drain quickly.

The breakfast offered a good selection with great seating. I appreciated the private entrancewith easy access to the pleasure beach. My room had views overlooking the pleasure beach, it added to the excitement. Staff members were friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist.
